Never Make the Same Mistake Twice!
So after I gathered my thoughts and pulled myself together, I had a long talk with myself and said "self remember the rules of life"
RULE #1 Never Make the Same Mistake Twice
RULE #2 Never Make the Same Mistake Twice
RULE #3 NEVER EVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE
RULE #4 When throwed off your rocker, dust yourself off and get back on
RULE #5 Reposition and Refocus and stay focused on YOUR prize
RULE #6 NEVER EVER EVER EVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE!
Therefore,
I am going to set my site on doing what I do best which is writing and exercising (running)! I am going to write more about my life (journaling) and I am going to train for a 10K. Maybe I will run in the Breast Cancer Race for the Cure.
So nope, I am not mad at my Jackass Husband (not anymore that is.) And because my dumb ass have made this same mistake more than twice I vow to never make it again. I will never ever ever ever expect anything else from him and I will continue to depend on myself to supply all my wants.
Here in the future I may be hitting ya'll up to sponsor me in "The Race for the Cure"

I Owe Uncle SAM...Are You Serious
Why in the hell can't nobody do their job "right" anymore? After being on leave (off work) for a week I return back only to read this e-mail from finance:
This is a Notification of Indebtedness on your record due to overpayment of your Leave Taken, causing a debt on your record of $176.80 Please read and select one of the three options for closing out this debt.
Your first option is to pay one lump sum by Dec 30th to the cashier's cage here in finance, bldg 977. You need to sign into customer service on the ground floor to complete necessary paperwork, before going to the cage. The cashier cage hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 0930-1100. These are the only times you can pay this debt by cash, check or money order. Please note that we are unable to accept $50/$100 notes at the cashier's cage. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause...(continues)
So you know I picked up the phone to call and see just what the hell was going on. After being on hold for 10 minutes the individual came back and told me it was because I took more than 30 days of leave and that I don't get paid COLA (an overseas living allowance) if I am on leave for more than 30 days. Of course my response was "no hell I wasn't". So she gone quote me the days that I was on leave as if she was proving me wrong...
After "Miss KNOWitall" quoted me the days, I told her that I was on maturity leave. And this chick said "ok, but it was still more than 30 days". "So now you are charging me money to have a baby???...please put your supervisor on the phone" I responded.
I had to talk to three people before they understood what I was saying (are you f***'n kidding me???). If that was not good enough, they called me back to tell me to call and talk with someone else so that my paper work can be fixed. So I did, only to get a freaking answering machine...
As of now I apparently owe $176.00 to Uncle SAM for having my baby. Oh mind you...I had my baby 6 mths ago.
My paper work was processed as ordinary leave instead of maternity leave, and until my paperwork is corrected I owe the government. All because people don't know how to do their damn job...correctly!
Gotta love Uncle SAM and his EMPLOYEES!
